经济政治学视角下的国有企业党群关系

The Relationship between Party and the Masses in the State-owned Politics

当前国有企业党群关系,是一种与国有企业职工群众经济利益相关的多维关系,一方面,企业职工必须依赖党的领导,另一方面,党又必须联系职工群众,取得工作土的支持。然而,随着国有企业改革的步伐加快,经济格局迅速调整,这种调整必然引起职工思想观念上的变化,对党群关系造成一定程度的影响,现阶段考察国有企业党群关系存在的问题,并从经济政治学的角度做出切合实际的评估,对于提高中国共产党的执政能力,巩固其合法性的地位是具有现实意义的。

The current relationship between party and the masses in the state-owned enterprise is multi-dimensional relation which is bound up with the staffs economical benefit. On the one hand, the enterprise staff must rely on the party＇s leadership; on the other hand, the party must make contact with the masses to obtain support. However, with the reform in the state-owned speeding up, the economical pattern happens quickly adjustment. This kind of adjustment inevitably causes change in the staff thought, and on certain degree influences the relations between the party and the masses. At present inspecting the problems in the state-owned enterprise and making the realistic appraisal from the economical politics angle have great realistic significance for enhancing the Communist Party＇s ruling ability and consolidating its valid status.
