摘要
本文分析探讨８２例急性胰腺炎的ＣＴ表现，其中３２例进行了手术治疗，ＣＴ表现与手术所见进行了对照。肯定了ＣＴ检查是诊断急性胰腺炎的重要手段，尤其是增强ＣＴ，能确诊急性坏死性胰腺炎并发现各种并发症。文内还讨论了急性胰腺炎与急性腹膜炎和阻塞性黄疸的鉴别诊断的重要性。
CT appearance of 82 cases of acute Pancreatitis were studies. Among them 32 were operated. The CTmanifestation were compared with laparotomy. There is no doubt that CT especially with contrast enhancement is an important examination in the diagnosis of acute Pancreatitis, actue necrotic Pancreatitis and it complication. In this Study the differential diagnosis of acute Pancreatitis with acute peritonitis and obstructive jaundice were discussed in detail.
