论如何对中职生开展职业指导

On How to provide Vocational Guidance to Vocational School Students

本文结合中职生的现状,针对如何在学校开展职业指导工作提出了五点具体建议：转变就业观念,拓展就业空间；了解职业社会,着手职业准备；了解自我个性,培养职业兴趣；综合分析,职业定位；传授求职技巧,帮助学生求职成功。

Based on the current situation of Chinese vocational school students,the article puts forward the following five proposals on how to provide vocational guidance to them at school： to change the concept of employment so as to expand the scope of employment ; to gain a better understanding of the society to be better prepared; to get to know one＇s personality to develop career interests; to have a thorough analysis so as to be well-targeted in choosing one＇ s career; to teach strategies ofjob-hunting to give students a shortcut to success.
