摘要
本文总结经薄层移动式动态ＣＴ检查并经手术及病理证实的胰岛细胞瘤７例（胰岛素瘤５例、无功能胰岛细胞瘤２例），胰腺囊腺癌４例，分析其ＣＴ征象，指出典型的胰岛素瘤瘤体积较小，ＣＴ平扫为等密度，造影后明显增强，肿块多位于胰尾部，肿瘤直径多为１．０ｃｍ－２．５ｃｍ。无功能胰岛细胞瘤体积较大，有完整包膜。胰腺囊腺瘤肿块大小不等，多为结节状及分叶状，有完整的纤维包膜。典型的ＣＴ表现为：平扫为有小分叶的低密度灶，ＣＴ值略高于囊肿，内有放射状细小等密度分隔，中央可见小钙化灶，造影后肿瘤分隔及包膜增强，边缘锐利。
CT scans of 11 Pathologically proved Pancreatic benign neoplasms (7 islet cell tumors, 4 cystadenomas)were reviewed. Typical CT findings of islet - cell tumor were small mass appearing as isoattenuation with nonenhanced CTand prominent hyperattenuation with contrastenhanced CT. Cystadenomas were hypoattenuation mass with multiple sepationsand central calcification.
