摘要
本文分析１２例血管网状细胞瘤的ＣＴ表现。低密度的囊肿伴附壁肿瘤结节突入囊内和肿瘤显著均一性增强是血管网状细胞瘤的ＣＴ特征性表现。只要认识肿瘤的特点，诊断一般不难。由于后颅凹伪影较多，以及ＣＴ的容积效应，有时可使囊肿内肿瘤小结节漏检，误诊为囊性胶质瘤。作者建议在病变区作ＣＴ薄层和冠状位扫描，可提高肿瘤结节的检出和减少后颅凹伪影。
CT imaging findings of 12 surgically proved hemangioblastotomas are retrospectively analyzed. Low density cyst with small mural nodule and enhanced markedly solid neoplastic component of the tumor are characteristic appearance of hemangioblastoma on CT. When understanding the tumor's peculiarity, the correct diagnosis of hemangioblastoma is made easily.Due to moredeam - hardening artifacts of postetior fossa and volume effect on CT, the small mural nodule in cyst may not be detected and Wrong diagnosis may be made. Writer suggests use of thin scans, front position scans and matrix 512 x 512 may increase detecting rates of small tumor nodule and decrease artifacts of posterior focass.
