The Studies on the Quantitative Reconstruction of Saddle Noses

本文提出整形外科学领域中有关头面部器官异常的定量诊断及其定量整复的新概念,并依据这一概念,具体研究了鞍鼻的定量诊断的标准及其定量整复的方法,即通过一较大的参照人群及其子集,用逐步多元线性回归的数理统计方法,导出鼻外形的主要指标（鼻长、鼻深、鼻眼内深、鼻眼外深、鼻宽和鼻高）与头面部其他因素间的关系方程,结果显示这些关系方程的显著性极佳且选中的相关因素符合实际。这样就有可能得出以个体自身的头面都相关因素客观地判断鞍鼻及对其进行整形手术的定量标准和方法。

A new concept in the plastic surgery has been sppraoched in this paper, which was about the quantitative diagnoses and the quantitative reconstruction of the abnormalities of the organs in the head and face. According to this concept the quantitative diagnoses and the quantitative reconstrucion of saddle noses was studied by the use of stepwise multivariables inear regression on a large control population set and its subset, and the correlation equations between the main indexes of the nasal appearance (nasal length, nasal depth, nose 梚nter 梒anthic depth, nose 梕xtra 梒anthic depth, nasial breadth, and nasal height) and other factors of the head and face were obtained, the results showed that these equations were great significant statistically and the selected variables in the equations were reasonable in the practice. So it became possible that the quantitative criteria and methods of objective diagnoses and reconstruction of saddle noses according to the relative factors of their head and face were derived.
