优保津治疗白细胞低下的临床观察

TREATMENT OF LEUKOPENIA WITH NEUPOGEN

１９９３年６月～１９９４年５月对５５例血液肿瘤化疗后患者及其它白细胞减少患者使用优保津治疗，观察其白细胞升高结果，并与３３例对照组比较。结果，白细胞用药前平均１．６×１０９／Ｌ，用药后平均９．７×１０９／Ｌ，有明显升高，用药后３～４ｄ达正常。５５例中显效３６例（６５％），有效４例（７％），，总有效４０例（７２％）。优保津对血红蛋白和血小板无明显影响。该药副作用较少，偶见骨痛和发热。认为优保津可作为血液肿瘤患者放、化疗后白细胞低下的一种有效解救药物。

From June,1993 to May,1994,neupogen was used in fifty-five patients with leukopenia after treatment of their hematologic and oncologic diseases with chemotherapy.The result of raising WBC was observed.Neupogen group was compared with thirty-three controls. After using neupogen,mean WBC was raised from 1.6×109/L to 9.7×109/L,and became normal in three or four days.Among the 55 cases.36 cases were markedly ef-fective(65%),4 cases(7%)effective,total effectiveness was 40 cases(72%).It was no effect on hemoglobin and platelet.The side effect of this drug is rare,but sometimes bone pain and fever may happen. It is indicated that neupogen is an effective rescue drug for leukopenia after chemotherapy and irradiation in patients with hematologic and oncologic dis-eases.
