异位妊娠行氨甲喋呤治疗36例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 36 CASES OF ECTOPIC PREGNANCY TREATED WITH METHOTREXATE

１９９３～１９９４年采用ＭＴＸ保守治疗异位妊娠３６例。方法：确诊后给予ＭＴＸ２０ｍｇ／ｄ，ｉｍ，５ｄ为１疗程。停药后５ｄ，如ｈＣＧ＞１００ｍｌＵ／Ｌ，则再加一个疗程。２个疗程间隔７ｄ。３６例中治愈３２例，失败４例，成功率为８８．９％。认为宫外孕保守治疗成功的关键是早期诊断即时治疗。

From 1993 to 1994,36 patients of ectopic pregnancy treated with methotrexate(MTX)(20 mg intramuscularly daily for five days as one therapeutic course).If hCG>100 ml U/L 5 days after the coursel another course should be given.The interval is 7 days.32 cases(88.90%)were successful,four were fail.It is considered that the kev of successful treatment is diagnosis done at earlier stage of ectopic pregnaney and treatment given in time.
