摘要
用K2CO3/CH3COOK混合固体碱催化苯甲醛-醋酐合成肉桂酸,用正交实验探讨了最佳合成条件.实验结果表明,最佳合成条件为:固体碱用量4.0 g,固体碱配比m(K2CO3):m(CH3COOK)=1:2,反应时间45 min.最佳合成条件下肉桂酸产率达76%.
Cirmamic acid was synthesized from benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride using solid base K2CO3 /CH3COOK as catalyst. Synthesis conditions were discussed in orthogonal experiment method. Results show that the optimum conditions of the reaction as follows: the amount of solid base is 4.0 g, the ratio of solid base is m(K2CO3): m(CH3COOK)=1:2; reaction time is 45 min. Under optimal conditions, the yield of cinnamic acid is 76%.
