This article introduces current and possible applications for the All-purpose bank card and the merits of it. There are three basic modules for the card, namely, the enclosed module within a department, the module for the card issued by the university based on relevant bank deposit for liquidation and the module for the card directly issued by bank for liquidation on campus. Each module has its own advantages and disadvantages. The constructing and the using of relevant project should be secured, the generally applied security resolutions include physical, VLAN, and VPN separation module, hence the security of relevant intranet system.
