摘要
用合理的生师比来评价高校办学水平是否合格,既能保证一定的教学质量,又能提高教育资源的利用率及高校的办学效益。但用过于统一的生师比来要求所有的高校是不科学、不合理的,将会带来许多消极的影响。改变目前用过于统一的生师比评价所有高校的现状,用符合各校实际的生师比来评价各高校,对于高校的充分发展和我国高教事业的顺利进行都有积极作用。
A reasonable students-teacher ratio as a standard for universities does good for both teaching and educational resources. On the other side, however, a rigidly accordant standard of ST ratio will lead to negative consequences. This paper puts forwards approaches to changing the present standard, which is expected to be beneficial for China's higher education.
