摘要
人力资源越来越引起人们的极大关注,其开发与管理理论已应用到各个领域。核心馆员的能力已成为图书馆在市场竞争中生存与发展的根基和源泉,是图书馆核心能力的主要创造者。目前,培养和创造核心馆员的核心能力,加强开发与管理,已逐渐成为高校图书馆人力资源管理中一项极为重要的内容。
Human resources have drawn more people's attention since the 21st century and its development and management theories have been applied into varieties of fields. Therefore, the abilities of key librarians have become the base and source which libraries depend on in the market competition. Presently, it is important to cultivate and rriotivate librarians' capacity, in accordance with the management of human resource in college libraries.
