Reconsideration of the relations between sports and human health

通过对体育与健康之间各自概念内在发展过程的陈述及对两者之间内在联系的分析,具体从“学校体育”、“社会体育”、“高校竞技体育”3方面的研究,探讨健康如何与体育结合,体育究竟能解决健康的哪些问题,以及如何促进健康等问题。认为体育与健康之间是一个动态关系,这是由于它们各自概念不断发展所决定的。判断健康的标准要根据“健康三维观”的三维指标判定。

With the respective statement of the internal development courses as to the definitions of sports and health, this article made an analysis of the internal relations between them. It studied school sports, social sports and competitive sports among colleges, discussing and exploring the questions as to how sports is combined with health, what questions sports can really solve in health, and how sports improves health. The conclusion is that there is a movement relation between sports and health, which is determined by the respective development of their definitions. The standard of judging health is based on three - dimension index of three - dimension outlook of health.
