谈国家对农村消费者权益的保护问题

A research on the state's protections on the rights and interests of the consumers in the countryside

农村消费者具有双重身份、更大的弱势及维权期望值较低等特殊性,这使得他们更容易受到损害,因而需要国家更大力度的保护。但目前国家对农村消费者的保护存在着很多问题,如农村消费者教育工作薄弱、缺乏便于农村消费者维权的保护机制等。国家应当针对农村消费者的特殊性,采取多种改进措施。

The consumers in the countryside have some specialties such as double indentites,mor vulnerable status and less expectancy to protect their rights,which make them easier to be damaged and more necessary to get stronger protections by the state.However,there are many problems in such protections at present ,such as insufficient consumer education and lack of convenient protection systems etc.Aimed at the specialties of the countryside consumers,the state should take multiple measures of improvement.
