摘要
目的了解大学新生对艾滋病的认知现状,评估实施学校健康教育干预的效果。方法2004年11~12月,对黎明职业大学2004级学生采用整群随机抽样方法,于入学时和预防艾滋病健康教育后1个月,运用自编的同一问卷进行调查。结果教育前后,大学新生艾滋病知识知晓率有显著提高;对艾滋病相关的态度和行为,教育后有不同程度的改善;同伴教育是最有效和最受欢迎的教育方式。结论对大学新生开展预防艾滋病健康教育有明显成效;艾滋病的非传播途径、安全性行为教育和自我保护技能培训应作为教育的重点内容;同伴教育是预防艾滋病健康教育的较好方式。
Objective To find out the current situation of university freshmen's cognition of AIDS, and assess the result of health education intervention at school. Methods In November of 2004, freshmen in 2004 in Liming Vocational University were selected by random sampling as respondents. AIDS health education was conducted among freshmen in November. Before and after education for one month, the respondents filled out the same questionnaire designed by us. Results Before and after education, the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge improved notably, and attitude and behavior related with AIDS improved after education. The companion education was the most effective and popular way. Conclusion The results of AIDS prevention to freshmen are effective. The contents of AIDS non-transmission route, safe sexual behavior and self-protection skills training were regarded as the key contents of education. The companion education is a better way of health education to prevent AIDS.
