补肾、活血、化痰三法的不同组合对拟血管性痴呆小鼠学习记忆及NO、NOS影响的比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察活血、补肾、化痰三法不同组合对拟血管性痴呆小鼠学习记忆及NO、NOS的影响,并进行比较性研究,筛选最佳治法组合。方法:复制脑部缺血再灌注拟血管性痴呆小鼠模型。术后15天检测各组小鼠行为学变化及脑组织内一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量。结果:各给药组小鼠学习反应时间缩短,记忆潜伏时问延长,错误次数减少(P〈0.01),脑组织内NO、NOS含量明显降低(P〈0.05—0.01),其中以补肾活血化痰法疗效最为显著。结论:三法不同组合均能降低小鼠脑组织中NO、NOS含量,提高学习记忆能力,其中补肾活血化痰法是治疗VD的最佳疗法。 Objective: to observe the effects on learning memory, NO and NOS content of vascular dementia rats of different combinations of kidney-invigorating, blood - promoting and - phlegm-dissipating, and to compare the combinations to get the best one. Methods: vascular dementia model rats by cerebral isehemia and reperfusion were made. On the 15th day after operation, the ethological changes, NO and NOS in brain tissues were determined. Results: of rats in administration groups, learning reaction time shortened, memory latency lengthened, and mistakes reduced ( P 〈 0.01); NO and NOS in brain tissues decreased significantly ( P 〈0.05 - 0.01), with the method of kidney - invigorating, blood - promoting and phlegm - dissipating as the best. Conclusion: the different combinations can reduce the NO and NOS content in brain tissues and improve the ability of study and memory, and the method of kidney - invigorating, blood - promoting and phlegm - dissipating is the best therapy to VD.
