摘要
蛋白质与RNA分子之间的相互作用为生命活动的重要基础。由于蛋白质和RNA分子结合方式的复杂性,局限了蛋白质和RNA相互作用的研究。随着酵母三杂交系统的出现,蛋白质-RNA相互作用的研究也将步入一个新的时期。本文着重介绍了酵母三杂交系统的原理、应用、局限性及其改进,假阳性结果的对策,并展望了该系统进一步的发展。
Interaction between moleculars of protein and RNA is the fundamental basis of life activity. It is just the complexity of binding mode between proteins and RNA that limited the study of the interaction between them. With the development of the yeast three crossing system, the research on interaction between proteins and RNA will step on a new stage. This review not only talks about the principle, application,limitation as well as its improvement and the strategy to false positive result, but also prospects the further develpmemt of this system.
