摘要
目的研究高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者骨髓端粒酶活性的变化。方法用PCR-ELISA法测骨髓单个核细胞端粒酶活性。结果HAPC组患者骨髓端粒酶活性升高,并且与血红蛋白间有显著正相关,随端粒酶活性的增高,HAPC组患者血红蛋白也增高。结论端粒酶活性升高是引起HAPC红细胞增殖的调控机制之一,并且在HAPC形成的慢性代偿到失代偿过程中,端粒酶可能主要在失代偿阶段发挥作用。
Objective.To study tolemorase activity of bone marrow cell from HAPC patients. Methods. The tolemorase activity was detected by PCR--ELISA. Results.The tolemorase activity increased noticeably and the Hb (hemoglobin) level rose also compared with control group(P〈0.05). There is a significant positive correlation (P〈O. 05) between the tolemirase activity and the Hb. Conclusions: The increased tolemerase activity is a new modulating mechanism for red cell proliferation in HAPC and play a role of action in the duration of de--compensation from compensative stage.
