The Progress of Study about Molecular Biology in Heart Failure

摘要 慢性心力衰竭患者相关基因表达水平的变化,提示心力衰竭患者相关基因表达异常是重要的分子生物学机制,并可作为判断充血性心力衰竭(CHF)严重程度的指标。 This article reviews the changes about related gcne expression level in patients with heart failure, indicating that abnormal expression of related gene in patients with CHF is not only its most important molecular biological mechanism,but also can serve as markers to judge the severity and the prognosis of CHF.
