老年人急性胸痛是许多系统常见疾病的临床表现之一,应重视鉴别诊断以便及时救治。本文分析各系统原发病引起胸痛的性质和特点,探讨这一疾病的鉴别诊断,以免误诊误治。

Acute chest pain in elder is one clinical manifestation of common disease in multiple system. We should pay more attention to its diferential diagnosis in order to remedy in time. This article reviewed the character of chest pain resulted from primary disease of each system, studied its diferential diagnosis in order to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
