摘要
以1,8-二(十四烷基)-3,6-二(口恶)-1,8-辛烷二醇(n-C_(14)H_(29))_2 (CHCH_2OCH_2CH_2OCH_2CH)(OH)_2,1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯1,3-(CH_2)_3SO_3和 NaH 为原料合成了新型表面活性剂——磺酸盐型 Gemini 表面活性剂5,12-二(十四烷基)-4,7,10,13-四 (口恶)-1,16-十六烷二磺酸二钠(n-C_(14)H_(29))_2(OCHCH_2OCH_2CH_2OCH_2CHO)(C_3H_6SO_3Na)_2.考察了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度等主要因素对反应产率的影响,优选出了最佳合成工艺.实验结果表明最佳反应条件为:在碱性条件下,原料配比(物质的量的比)n((n-C_(14)H_(29))_2 (CHCH_2OCH_2CH_2OCH_2CH)(OH)_2):n(1,3-(CH_2)_3SO_3):n(NaH)=1:2.066:2.166,反应时间24h,反应温度60℃.在最佳反应条件下,反应产率达98.O%.
The synthesis of a new kind of suffactang——sulfonate germiul surfactang ( n - C14 H29 )2 ( OCHCH2 OCH2 CH2 OCH2 CHO) ( C3 H6 SO3 Na)2 from ( n - C14 H29 )2 (CHCH2 OCH2 CH2 OCH2 CH) (OH)2,1,3 -( CH2 )3 SO3 and NaH was reported. The effect of the ratio of (n - C14 H29 )2 (CHCH2 OCH2 CH2 OCH2 CH) (OH)2 to 1,3 - (CH2 )3 SO3 and Nail, the reaction time and the reaction temperation on the yield of (n -C14 H29 )2 (OCHCH2 OCH2 CH2 OCH2 CHO ) (C3 H6 SO3 Na)2. was studied and the optimun synthesis method was decided. The experiment results show that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: under pH 〉 7, n ( ( n - C14 H29 ) 2 ( CHCH2 OCH2 CH2 OCH2 CH) (OH) 2 ) : n ( 1,3 - ( CH2 ) 3 SO3 ) : n ( NaH ) = 1:2.066:2.166 ,the reaction time is 24 h,the reaction temperature is 60 ℃. Under optimum reaction conditions,the yield of ( n - C14 H29 ) 2 ( OCHCH2 OCH2 CH2 OCH2 CHO) ( C3 H6 SO3 Na)2 is 98.0%.
