不同菜用大豆品种生育特性及品质的比较

Studies on Development Traits and Quality of Different Vegetable Soybean Varieties and Lines

比较研究了全国4个省区7个菜用大豆品种(系)在沈阳地区的生育特性及荚长、荚宽、蛋白质、脂肪等外观品质和营养品质。结果表明,南农95C-13不适合在沈阳地区种植。台292、辽鲜1号、东农96-002、东农1号、上农705的摘荚持续时间较长,范围在19～24d,能较好的满足市场需求。东农96-002的荚长最长(6.54cm);东农1号的荚宽最宽(1.59cm)、荚厚最厚(0.98cm);上农705和台292的百荚鲜重最大,分别为305.7g和302.1g;辽鲜1号和上农705的百粒鲜重最大,分别为63.7g和63.6g;上农705的百粒体积最大(64.4cm3),且鲜荚产量最高(9383.8kg.hm-2)。辽鲜1号的蛋白质干基含量最高(483.4mg.g-1),蛋白质与脂肪含量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.9070﹡﹡,n=5);辽鲜1号的可溶性糖含量显著高于其他5个品种(系)。最终,选出辽鲜1号、东农96-002、东农1号和上农705品种(系)最适合在沈阳地区种植。

Not only development traits but also morphological characters and nutrition quality of seven vegetable soybean varieties （lines） came from four provinces of China were studied in Shenyang area. The results indicated that Nannong95C-13 was not suitable for cultivation in Shenyang area. The harvest durations of Tai292, Liaoxianl, Dongnong96-002, Dongnongl and Shangnong705 came to 19d～24d, which is important to cater to the needs of markets. Pod length of Dongnong96-002 was the longest （6.54cm）. Dongnongl had the biggest pod width （1.59cm） and pod thickness （0.98cm）. 100 pods fresh weights of Shangnong705 and Tai292 were 305.7g and 302.1g. 100 seeds fresh weights of Liaoxianl and Shangnong705 were 63.7g and 63.6g, respectively. 100 seeds volume of Shangnong705 was the biggest （64.4cm^3）, its fresh pod yields was the highest （9383.8kg·hm^2）. Protein contents of Liaoxianl was the highest （483.4mg·g^-1）. Protein contents showed highly negative correlation （p〈0.01） with oil contents （r=-0.9070 ＊ ＊ ,n=5）. Soluble sugar content of Liaoxianl was significantly higher than others. At last, Liaoxianl, Dongnong96-002, Dongnongl and Shangnong705 were selected to adapt for cultivation in Shenyang area.
