利用玉米葡萄糖苷酶快速检测玉米种子纯度新方法

摘要 以单粒玉米杂交种子发芽4 ̄5d的幼苗为试材,提取葡萄糖苷酶进行电泳检测,根据亲本玉米葡萄糖苷酶1(Glul)等位基因的突变类型,准确、快捷地检测玉米杂交种子纯度。 This paper tried a method of extracting maize Glul from sample of 4-5 days'seedling for examining the purity of maize hybrid promptly and easily according to die bands on PAGE.
