摘要
葡聚六糖是一种新型寡糖类抗病诱导剂,它能激活植物的防卫系统。采用10mg.L-1的葡聚六糖处理黄瓜幼苗后,叶片中H2O2含量明显增加,过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性上升,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性明显下降,而丙二醛(MDA)含量变化不大。这些结果表明,活性氧积累与葡聚六糖诱导的抗病作用密切相关。
Glucohexaose is a new kind of oligosaccharides,which can elicit plant defend system. H2O2 tended to accumulate in the cucumber leaves when sprayed with 10 mg·L^-1 glucohexaose. In addition, the activities of POD and SOD increased, activities of CAT declined significantly in the leaves following glucohexaose treatment, but MDA didn't change .so much. The result suggested a close relationship between the resistance of cucumber induced by glucohexaose and changes in the above-mentioned enzymes.
