摘要
利用自行研制的直流高压静电场装置针对大肠杆菌进行了杀菌实验。实验结果表明,电场电压、处理时间是影响电场杀菌作用的主要因素。在极板间距3cm,电压20kV,处理时间45min的条件下,大肠杆菌的致死率达到98.7%。通过分析高压静电场对菌液温度、pH值、电导率的影响,初步探讨高压静电场杀菌机理。
In this article, E.col is treated by high voltage electrostatic field. The results showed that voltage, treatment time were important factors in the sterilization. The sterilization rate was 98.7% when voltage was 20kV, treatment time was 45 minute. The effect of HVESF on pH, temperature, electric conductivity were studied to discuss the mechanism for sterilization.
