大中型冲击式水轮机调速器双重调节方式的探讨

Discussion on dual governing mode of large and medium impulse turbine governors

文章针对云南高桥电站三台机组解列事故,分析了冲击式水轮机调速器调节方式存在的问题,并就机组负荷大波动工况时,冲击式水轮机调速器适应电网要求,提出了恢复双重调节动能的必要性与实施方案,避免同类事故的重演。

In view of the load dumping accidents of three units in Gaoqiao Hydropower Station, analyzes the problems existed in the governing mode of impulse turbine governors. In order to adapt impulse turbine governors to electric network while the unit load fluctuate severely, the author proposes the necessity and scheme of resuming dual governing function to prevent the similar accidents.
