龙滩电站桥机是目前国内已安装的水电站地下厂房中起吊重量和跨度最大的桥式起重机。受厂房开挖尺寸所限,其吊装难度较大。采用锚钩吊梁加滑轮组的方法,分部件吊装桥机,可保障施工安全,节省费用。本文主要介绍起吊装置的布置及荷载试验、桥机主梁和小车的吊装方法,探讨水电站地下厂房大型桥机吊装方法,为类似地下厂房的设计和桥机安装提供资料和依据。

Among the bridge cranes installed in underground powerhouses of hydropower stations in China at present, the Longtan bridge crane is the largest one for lifting capacity and span. Restricted by space dimensions, it is difficult to hoist and mount. By crampon, lifting beam and pulley block as well as hoisting and mounting the bridge crane in parts, ensures safety and economy for the construction. The paper discusses the hoisting and mounting processes, introduces the hoisting facility layout, the loading test, the lifting technique for the main beam and the bogies.
