摘要
借助于超声检测技术、机器人技术、数字控制技术、计算机技术等,研制了一种用于超声检测机械手。该机械手由机械系统、伺服系统、检测系统等组成,通过PC机控制,能够实现自动控制并实时获取坐标信息,有利于缺陷的定位、定量和定性分析,其结构简单,性能价格比高,不仅能够用于超声检测,而且也可以用于其他场合,具有广泛的适应性。
By means of the ultrasonic testing technology, robotics, numeral control, computer technology and so on, a system for ultrasonic testing based on manipulator is presented. This manipulator is mainly made up of mechanical system, control system, servo system and inspecting system. It can realize control automatically and get data of real time coordinates by PC control. The orientation and quantitative analysis of defects benefit from it. The structure of this manipulator is simple and the cost is lower. It is not only used for ultrasonic testing, but also can be used in others fields. It has broad application.
