β-(取代色酮-3-基)-α-丙氨酸的合成

摘要 3-甲酰基色酮1a~1h与马尿酸反应,生成缩合产物色酮-3-基吖内酯2a~2h,水解后得到相应的β-(取代色酮-3-基)-α-丙氨酸3a~3h. The reaction of 3-formylchromones 1a-1h with hippuric acid gave condensed compounds, chromon-3-yl azlactones 2a-2h, which underwent hydrolysis to afford β-(substituted chromon-3-yl)-α-alanine derivatives 3a-3h.
