职工持股制度(ESOP),在全球蓬勃发展。我国该制度是在20世纪80年代中期伴随国有企业改造而诞生的,它从一开始就在国有企业改革中表现了巨大的活力。
The ESOP has been already and gradually the power head of the booming development in whole word.It arrived to our country in a specific way in middle of 80's of 20 centuries ,accompanying with state-owned business enterprise reform. From since then,it already has expressed the enormous vitality.
