摘要
本研究中在对高新技术产业的基本含义、特点、范围以及在新经济条件下的地位和作用分析的基础上,从系统理论生态学的观点对某地区高新技术产业发展的环境进行了定位研究。主要分为内生变量环境与外生变量环境,并采用层次分法与模糊综合评判法,给出了高新技术产业发展环境系统运行能力的评价模型。
In this article research on environment system in High-tech industry development at some area is conducted, based on the analysis of implication, feature, scope of high-tech industry, and its status and impact under new economic conditions, from perspectives of both systematic theory and ecology also. The environment system in High-teeh industry development is divided into inner variability environment and outer variability environment. The evaluation model on the operating ability of environment system in High-tech industry development is product by layer analysis and vague comprehensive evaluation.
