摘要
第三方物流服务提供商的选择与评判,是企业自身与企业之间的业务工艺流程重构的过程,也是一个具有长期性、可持续性的战略选择过程。运作绩效是影响供应链运作绩效的重要因素。依据系统性、可行性、简约性及通用性原则,考虑到选择合作伙伴所必须承受的关系风险及绩效风险,建立了第三方物流服务提供商的运作绩效综合评价体系,运用DEA分析法,对物流企业的选择问题进行了研究,并给出一个算例。
The evaluating and choosing of the thilxt party logistics is a reconstruction process of business and techniques in and between enterprises. Meanwhile ,it is a long-term and persistent process of strategic choice. The paper establishes its performance evaluating index system and selects the third party logistics with DEA methods. An example is given.
