材料非线性对混合陶瓷球轴承有限元分析的影响

摘要 重点研究了材料非线性行为在有限元法分析混合陶瓷球轴承接触问题中的影响。首先对混合陶瓷轴承中的轴承钢GCr15进行了材料单轴拉伸试验,以确定其材料性能参数,再通过对几种接触模型的材料线性和材料非线性有限元分析、试验研究和赫兹接触理论计算,将这些结果比较分析,得到材料非线性对有限元接触分析在不同情况下的影响,从而对材料非线性行为在有限元接触分析中的应用做出评估。 This paper studied emphatically on the influence of non-linear behavior of materials upon the contacting problems of hybrid ceramic ball bearing in the method of finite element analysis. Firstly the single axle tension test of material was carried out on a certain bearing steel GCr15 of the hybrid ceramic bearing so as to determine its property parameter of material, and then by means of finite element analysis, experimental research on the linearity of material and non-linearity of material and calculation of Hertzian contact theory to let these results be analyzed and compared with each other, and obtained the influence of non-linearity of material upon finite element contacting analysis under different conditions, thus the evaluation was made on the application of non-linearity behavior of material in the finite element contacting analysis.
