摘要
大容量机组给水泵手动并泵操作复杂,易造成汽包水位大幅波动,严重影响机组的安全运行,而实现自动并泵功能对减轻运行人员的劳动强度,提高机组的自动化水平及可靠性,具有切实的意义。为此,分析给水泵并泵操作过程中的一般性热力特点、功能实现要素,提出给水系统自动并泵控制功能设计的初步方案,可供电厂运行人员参考。
The procedure of manually combining feed water pumps of large-capacity units is complex and easy to cause much change of drum water level, which seriously impacts the safe operation of units. So realization of auto combination is of practical significance in labour saving and the improvement on the automation level and reliability of units. This paper analyzes general thermal features in process of combining feed water pumps. According to the essentials for realizing the function, a primary design scheme for auto combination control function of feed pumps is presented, so as to provide reference for power plant operators.
