On the Development Theory and the Developing Countries

作者认为，导致东亚国家（地区）成功的经济发展，最重要的因素是它们的政治经济体制和经济发展战略。政治稳定和政策的连续性是发展中国家经济发展的首要因素。东亚政府集权仅仅限于政治领域，经济领域则实行自由的市场企业制度。这种体制既优于那些虽实行市场经济但政府软弱无力的发展中国家．也优于那些高度集权政经合一的发展中国家。

The author holds that economic success in East Asian countries or regions relies on its political,economic system and economic development strategy. Political steadiess and the policy's continuity are the major factors for the development of developing countries.Government centralization of the East Asian countries is operated only in the political field,while free market enterprise system is performed in the economic sphere, which is either better than those developing countries that market economy is carried out,but government control remains weak,and or better than those developing ones that they merge government administration with economy into one and that high government centralization is in action.
