摘要
针对网络化数控系统要求,文章通过在W indows环境下应用VC6.0对串口通信编程和使用MOXA公司串口扩展卡及其自带API函数的方法,实现一台电脑对多台不同类型数控设备进行集成管理。并同时可通过局域网和Internet获取资源对数控设备进行管理控制。此研究为多数控设备网络化集中控制提供了一套廉价而且便捷的解决方案。
This paper introduces a way to deal with the problem of how to realize the administration of networks of CNC in modem manufactory. And by this way the CNC can get administrable information from LAN and internet.This system was programmed with Visual C ＋＋ 6.0 on Windows98 operation system and the hardware that MOXA＇s serial card and the API software that provided is needed.In additional, by using multi-thread, the operation on each serial port can run all at the same time without interrupt.
