Effective Evaluation Index System for the Production System

现代企业间的竞争已由过去的产品竞争转向了能力竞争,相应地,生产系统作为工业企业的竞争之本,正由过去追求其低成本和高效率生产转向了追求其自身素质和能力的修炼,即有过去注重其有用性转向了强调其有效性。但何种生产系统是有效的?如何在生产系统规划、设计和构造决策阶段来评价选择一个有效的生产系统;又如何在生产系统运行阶段来评价诊断一个生产系统的有效性。对此,文章首先界定生产系统有效性评价评价应遵循的基本准则及生产系统有效性的定义,在此基础上建立了生产系统有效性评价指标体系并给出了评价方法,为生产系统的有效性构建及运作提供了借鉴。

The competition among modern enterprises has already converted from the product to the ability, accordingly, as the foundation of competition of the industrial enterprise, the production system had pursued its low cost and high efficiency in the past, but now pursues its own quality and ability, that is to say, from emphasizing its＇ usefulness to emphasizing its＇ effectiveness. But which kind of production system is effective？ How to evaluate and choose an effective production system at the stage of plan, design and construct decision and how to evaluate and diagnose the effectiveness at the operation stage of the production system. As to this, this text firstly confirm basic criterion that production system effective evaluation should follow and the definition of production system effectiveness, on this basis, an effective evaluation index system for the production system is established and the evaluation method is given, which provide references for effective construction and operation of the production system.
