摘要
针对目前牙科牙洞修补方法的缺点与不足,利用现代计算机科学及智能控制技术,研制出陶瓷牙嵌体(简称瓷嵌体)加工专用精密数控磨床及专用CAD/CAM系统。该系统在W indows平台上使用VC++6.0开发而成,由实时精密轨迹控制、数字图像处理、加工工艺规划及人机接口等模块组成。依据瓷嵌体加工的特点,利用数字图像处理的方法开发了自动数控编程系统,实现了瓷嵌体磨削加工的自动工艺规划及刀具轨迹的干涉校验。实验证明,该系统可以对瓷嵌体进行高效、高质量和高精度的加工。
To overcome the shortcomings existing in today' s decayed tooth cavity remedy in dentistry, a special CNC(computer numerical control) dental ceramic grinding machine and its CAD/CAM system were developed with modem computer science and control technology. The system is realized with VC ++6.0 integrated development environment in Windows 2000 and is composed of modules such as the real time precision control of trajectory, DIP(digital image processing), process planning, HMI(human machine interface) and etc. Building on the characters of dental ceramic grinding, the system' s automatic NC programming is developed with DIP method. Thereafter the automatic process planning and the correction of the interference of cutter' s trajectory were realized. It' s proved by experiment the free machining of dental ceramic can be realized effectively with the system.
