摘要
管料的冷弯成形是一种广泛应用的金属成形工艺,随着对导管加工质量和成形精度要求的提高,需要系统全面的弯管工艺的数字化支持,以辅助工艺人员有效地进行工艺设计。文章提出了一种较全面的导管计算机辅助工艺设计系统,通过接口自动获取导管CAD模型信息并建立基于特征的零件信息模型,采用基于导管最终成形形状表达的目标驱动的推理机制,实现了导管弯曲加工工艺可加工性分析,并通过导管加工工艺智能决策以确定最佳的工艺信息模型和弯管工艺。同时,为了满足企业工艺卡片类型多样化和工艺参数计算的需求,系统还提供了卡片模板定制和公式编辑器的功能。
Cold bending of metal tube products as a metal forming process is widely used in industry. With today's demand on high quality tube products, sophisticated all-around system is required for process planning to assist designer for process planning. A system of tube bend processing is put forward, which gets geometric information and found a part information model based on character through the CAD interface. Process planning is automated by the gnal-driven inference mechanism based on the geometric properties of the required tube products to realize product manufacturability analysis, and fred the feasible process planning is decided. Besides, the system affords templet ordering and formula editor to satisfy the requirements of process planning.
