摘要
虚拟机床建模是数控加工仿真的基础,通用化的建模方法是保证仿真高效的要求之一。文章简介了虚拟制造软件VER ICUT的功能模块,并基于VER ICUT的建模技术,分析了不同类型虚拟机床的建模过程,总结了建模方法的共同特性,提出了面向不同类型、多种机床的通用建模过程,最后以数控弯管机作为实例详细介绍了在VER ICUT上的建模方法,并通过VER ICUT的测试功能检验了数控弯管机运动部件的功能属性。该方法具有良好的通用性,适合作为其他机床建模的参考。
Modeling of virtual machine tools is the foundation of processing simulation, and the universal modeling method is the one of the requests assuring high efficiency of simulation. The article introduces some functional modules of VERICUT simply, analyses the modeling process of different kinds of virtual machine tools, summarizes the common characteristic of modeling methods, and puts forwards the method of modeling of different types of machine tools on the basis of the modeling technology of VERICUT, at last, the article introduces the modeling process of NC tube bender on VERICUT as an example, and check up the functional attributes of active components by using testing module on VERICUT. The process has great commonness, which can be the reference of other machine tools' modeling.
