摘要
在机械设备故障诊断中,如何及时、快速地发现机械故障并作出相应处理是非常重要的。论文基于Linux操作系统实现了一种便携式数据采集分析仪。该数采分析仪集数据采集、信号分析和数据传输于一体,非常适合机械设备的故障检测与故障诊断领域。文中首先介绍了该数采分析仪的硬件构建,然后论述了系统的软件实现并重点阐述了软件开发中的几项关键技术,最后通过实验验证了仪器的可用性和正确性,证明该仪器具有一定的应用价值。
It is very important for machine equipment fault diagnosis that how to fred the machine fault and take adaptive measures to deal with it accurately and in time. A kind of portable data-acquisition and signal-analysis instrument based-on Linux is realized in this paper. The instrument, which combines the functions of data acquisition ,signal analysis and data transfer, is very suitable for machine equipment fault detection and diagnosis. Firstly, the hardware structure is introduced in the paper. Then the software realization and some key techniques in the developing process are introduced. Finally, an experiment is given to prove the usability and correctness of this instrument, the result is fine. It shows that there will be a good value in the application of this instrument.
