摘要
数控机床的远程故障诊断系统可以实时监测数控机床的运行情况。在数控机床发生故障时,进行初步诊断,并将故障信息经internet上传至厂家诊断中心。借助于小波技术、神经网络技术等技术,系统体现出功能强大,实时性高的特点。论文主要对这些关键技术在系统中的使用及优化处理作了具体分析。
The remote fault diagnosis system of NC machine can inspect the machine' s action. When fault happened, the system diagnosed machine and sent the diagnosing result to manufactory ' s diagnose center by interact. Based on wavelet ,neural network, the system has much ability and the capability of real time is very high. This paper analyses the using and optimizing of these technologies,
