摘要
采用实验分析和数值分析的方法,研究分析了在等值拉伸机械载荷作用下的、对带有单边裂纹导电薄板进行电热止裂的止裂效果。并且与文献[1]给出的通电瞬间由温度产生的应力场与机械载荷产生的应力场叠加的理论计算结果进行了比较。通过算例比较,表明了理论分析、数值计算和实验研究结果有较好的一致性。
By means of experiment analysis and numerical simulation, the effects of arresting crack propagation by using electromagnetic heating which is in a thin current plate applied mechanical load are presented in this paper. It is also compared with the conclusion which is gotten by adding the stress field caused by the temperature at the moment of transient current was switched on and the other stress field caused by the mechanical load in the reference [1]. Through a calculating example, it is found that the results of theoretical analysis are in good agreement with the numerical simulation and experimental research.
