摘要
讨论了Cr4+∶YAG调Q主动被动调Q技术在军用激光器上的应用。分析了Cr4+∶YAG调Q激光器的参量方程和优化参数值。该技术具有结构简单,可靠性好,抗电磁干扰,对调试无高要求等优点,但也存在效率低、频率精度差、易产生子脉冲现象等缺点。
Cr^4+ :YAG Q switch is a popular technology which is applied widely in military equipment, laser equation is discussed,which is convenient to evaluate the laser parameter. Cr^4+ :YAG Q swith has many advantages such as easy structure, high reliability, anti-disturbing off electromagnetism, and not have to be collimated so well etc. But it also exhibits the low efficiency, bad repetition accuracy, easy to oroduce tail pulse etc.
