摘要
设计了一种基于MCS-51系列微控制器的激光二极管(LD)温度控制系统,该系统分别采用铂电阻及半导体制冷器作为温度传感器和控温执行元件,并应用模糊理论与数字PID参数自适应调整相结合的控制算法对LD温度进行控制。实验结果表明:该系统在10-40℃温度范围内的控温稳定性优于0.2℃,能够有效抑制LD波长的漂移。
Based on the MCS-51 micro-controller, a laser diode(LD) temperature control system has been designed and developed, which adopts platinum and thermo-electric cooler as temperature sensor and execute device of temperature control respectively, and it makes use of a control algorithm combining the fuzzy theory and adaptive adjustment of digital PID parameters to control the LD temperature. The experimental results indicate that the stabilization of temperature control is better than 0.2℃ within the temperature range from 10℃ to 40℃, and the drift of the LD wavelength can be suppressed effectively.
