循环流化床的石灰石脱硫实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 在高为5 000 mm、内径150 mm的循环流化床实验台上进行石灰石脱硫研究,测得了O2、CO和SO2沿炉膛高度的分布,分析了SO2分布特点,验证了循环流化床和鼓泡流化床燃烧和脱硫气氛的差异。发现无论石灰石的粒度分布如何,循环床条件下脱硫效率明显高于鼓泡床。尤其是当石灰石粒度分布趋于较细时,这一差异更为明显。 Desulphurization with limestone was conducted in a bench scale Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) with 5 000 mm height and 150 mm inner diameter. The O2, CO and SO2 profile was measured along the furnace, and the combustion and desulphurization atmosphere in CFB was confirmed to be reductive, which is totally different from that one in Bub bling Fluidized Bed (BFB) condition. The results show that the caption efficiency of sulfur with limestone under CFB condition is obviously higher than that under BFB condition no mater the limestone particle size distribution is coarse or fine. The deference of the desulphurization efficiency between under these two conditions becomes more for the fine limestone particle.
