基于PDM/iMAN的工艺信息系统的研究与实现

Research and Realization of Process Information System on PDM/iMAN

根据C IMS信息集成的需要,提出了一种集成于PDM应用层的嵌入式CAPP系统,设计了系统的总体结构。本文以iMAN为集成平台,重点对产品、工艺、工厂和制造资源四个方面的数据信息在PDM与CAPP之间的交互进行了探讨,实现了CAPP系统与PDM系统之间数据交换与信息的无缝集成,据此方法开发的系统已经在企业得到应用。

According to CIMS information integration requirements, A CAPP system embedded into the application layer of PDM was presented, and the general framework of this system was designed. Information automation transfer among process, product, plant and resource under the iMAN integration platform was studied, no-gap integration of data interchange and information between CAPP and PDM was realized.
