摘要
介绍了电极接头生产线中的切断专机的机、电、液相结合的控制方法。针对切断专机的特点,采用液压驱动方式以获得大的驱动力及驱动的平稳性;采用可靠性高、抗干扰能力强的PLC作为主控部件,实现单机自动及全生产线的自动控制。在全国几个大型炭素厂应用的结果表明,该专机结构简单、液压系统稳定、控制系统可靠、整机性价比高,有很高的推广价值。
The control system of special cutting machine for the of electrode tie - in produce line, combined with machine and electricity and hydraulics was introduced. With hydraulic driving, the biggest drive power and the drive stabilization were obtained, used PLC with high reliability and strong anti-jamming ability as main control unit, stand alone automation and all produce line au- tomation was realized. The application result shows the structure of the produce line is simple, its hydraulic system is stable and price is suitable.
