摘要
本文通过对进口样机进行消化、吸收,分析了样机有触点继电器逻辑控制主轴定位不准的蔽病,提出了用无触点可编程控制器控制不但主轴定位正确,而且无惯性冲击,解决了凸轮低惯量负载主轴定位的难题。进一步完善了整机控制功能。
This paper analyses the prolotype's evils which are the relay logical control with contacts,in a spindle fixed position being unaccurate, through digesting and assimilating to an import prolotype,advancing programmed controller is used to realize non-contact control. Not only is it accurate in a spindle fixed positon,but also it has inertialess lash, which solves difficult problem of the lower inertial load for the earn in a spindle fixed position, the machine's control function takes future steps to be perfected.
