摘要
本文针对美国Vishay公司生产的401型自动光弹仪,在测试等倾角时,由于位相比较器存在的“盲区”问题,引起等倾角数据的不稳定现象,提出并实现了一种新的自动处理方法.即由计算机自动识别相位比较器工作状态,并根据不同的工作状态,对驱动1/4波片转动的伺服系统,进行不同方式的控制,以提高等色线数据的精度,并对所采集的数据进行自动检查与修正.改变了原有系统对这种数据不稳定点的人为干预的处理方式,实现了自动处理,并提高了这些点的等色线精度,完善了401型自动光弹仪的数据自动采集与处理系统.
For the model 401 Automatic Polariscope System produced by VishnyCompany of USA, a new method for solving the instability automatically is given.The computer automatically descriminates the states of the phase meter. The servo-system controlling the spin of the quarter wave plates is controlled in differentmanners for different states of phase meter. The collected data are examined andcorrected automatically. This method substitutes the old one which needs humaninterference and therefore the automatical processing is readed. Furthermore, theprecision of photoethetic fringe orders in the erratic area is raised.
